Clear terms for the website and future app.
These terms cover use of the DXLens website. When the app is released, Apple’s Standard EULA will apply unless a different agreement is published.
Website use
The DXLens website provides product information, educational material, sample interfaces, and support resources. Sample schedules, alerts, receiver views, and forecasts shown on the website are illustrative unless explicitly identified as live data.
No reception guarantee
Published schedules, model output, band guidance, receiver availability, and other contextual information do not guarantee that a transmitter is active or that a signal can be received at a particular location or time.
Public SDR receivers
Public receivers are independently owned and operated. Their availability, capacity, frequency coverage, policies, and network behavior can change without notice. DXLens does not guarantee access to any third-party receiver.
Intellectual property
DXLens branding, website design, original text, and original product imagery may not be copied, republished, or presented as another product without permission. Independent source names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Future app license
DXLens is currently in development. When distributed through the App Store, the app will use Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless DXLens publishes a different agreement for that release.
Changes and contact
These terms may be revised as the product and its distribution details are finalized. Questions may be sent to contact@dxlens.app.
